# The four programmes

Four programmes, one week each, same lagoon.

## [1 · University & Study Programme](/aida/programmes/university/)

For universities and international study programmes.

**Cohort** — 10–20 students, one accompanying faculty member free of charge.

**Day 7 output** — Tested intervention module and monitoring handover.

## [2 · Corporate — Leadership & Regeneration](/aida/programmes/corporate/)

For companies and leadership teams working on climate, risk and complex systems.

**Cohort** — 10–16.

**Day 7 output** — Transfer note to the organisation, with one decision practice to test.

## [3 · Water, Nature & Technology Professionals](/aida/programmes/professionals/)

For engineers, port and water authorities, environmental firms and heritage practitioners.

**Cohort** — 10–20.

**Day 7 output** — Monitoring protocol, baseline and named next observation.

## [4 · Community Campus — Twinning Water Communities](/aida/programmes/community/)

For municipalities, wetland managers, school networks and local associations.

**Cohort** — 12–20, mixed by design: technicians, administrators, teachers and citizens.

**Day 7 output** — Twinning agreement signed; baseline and protocol leave with the community.

### The hydrographic rods
