# Corporate — Leadership & Regeneration

**What you do** — Follow a real system under stress, from forecast to decision to maintenance to public consequence. Work with evidence that is incomplete, contested and changing — because that is the only kind there is.

**What you take home** — A decision case including organisational failures · a transfer note applying the Venice case to your own operation.

**Day 7 output** — Transfer note to the organisation, with one decision practice to test.
