1 · University & Study Programme

For universities and international study programmes.

Cohort — 10–20 students, one accompanying faculty member free of charge.

Day 7 output — Tested intervention module and monitoring handover.


2 · Corporate — Leadership & Regeneration

For companies and leadership teams working on climate, risk and complex systems.

Cohort — 10–16.

Day 7 output — Transfer note to the organisation, with one decision practice to test.


3 · Water, Nature & Technology Professionals

For engineers, port and water authorities, environmental firms and heritage practitioners.

Cohort — 10–20.

Day 7 output — Monitoring protocol, baseline and named next observation.


4 · Community Campus — Twinning Water Communities

For municipalities, wetland managers, school networks and local associations.

Cohort — 12–20, mixed by design: technicians, administrators, teachers and citizens.

Day 7 output — Twinning agreement signed; baseline and protocol leave with the community.
