Who it’s for — Municipalities, port authorities, wetland managers, school networks and local associations facing the same water problem as Venice, from the opposite end.

Cohort — 12–20, mixed by design: technicians, administrators, teachers and citizens.

What you do — Build a common question, learn simple measurements, compare technical and lived knowledge, and assign custody of the next observation.

What you take home — A repeatable biological observation sheet · a written twinning agreement with two named contacts, a 12-month calendar and a school-to-school link · a hydrographic rod for your own water, built to our design, with its manual, on loan for the duration of network membership. Eighteen rods have been made so far and eight are already installed and readable.

Day 7 output — Twinning agreement signed; baseline and protocol leave with the community.

Rate — Priced per community, not per person: municipalities and school networks pay according to size and to the programme funding them. Tell us who you are and we send you a figure.
